Michelle started dancing at the age of 5 and completed the ISTD Alex Moore Ten Dance Award as both a juvenile and junior also enjoying a successful medallist competitive career.
At the age of 16 Michelle turned professional and holds the highest level of qualification under the ISTD as a Fellow which she gained at the age of 26. She was a winner of the All Ladies Foxtrot Trophy and a former member of the Ballroom Teachers Committee.
Based in Bournemouth, Michelle runs her own very successful school, having trained ISTD Grand Finalist Winners in Ballroom, Latin American and Sequence.
In 2011 Michelle was delighted to be invited to join the Sequence Faculty of the ISTD.
Michelle enjoys teaching every person who walks through her door, from the very beginner, to the experienced dancer.Her patience and joy of dance make everyone feel at ease and the friendly atmosphere of her school enables learning to be fun.
Michelle has over 30 years teaching experience and holds qualifications with The Imperial Society Of Teachers Of Dancing (ISTD) covering Ballroom,Latin American and Sequence.
